Capture and Test the Cost-Side Assumptions

You’re reached Product-Market fit – you have an “emphatic yes”.  Excellent!  Now record you assumptions on the “cost” side of the canvas – and go test those:

  • Key partners
  • Key activities
  • Key resources
  • Cost structure

If the revenue opportunity is large enough to more than cover the costs, and there are no show-stoppers in the partner, activities, and resources segments – then it’s time to go prove your idea by delivering an initial solution!
