Why deal with boring things like Quickbooks and document filing? Because sooner or later, you’ll be dealing with bankers and/or investors. Obtaining funding for your business is considerably more difficult if you don’t have the information you’ll need in a form that’s easy to access. So take the time to get organized early in you’re company’s history – when getting organized is easy, because there isn’t that much to organize!
